A secondary school in Lambeth is recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The school is looking to appoint a motivated and inspiring HR Officer for an immediate start.

The role of HR Officer will include providing day to day confidential and professional HR Administration services, including but not limited to:

  • recruitment and selection
  • data management
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to employees in all HR matters and procedures
  • processing pension and payroll
  • processing DBS checks
  • reporting, compliance and general HR administration.

The successful applicant will:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • be a team player and work cohesively with staff across all levels
  • be flexible and adaptable and willing to perform additional duties as required by the school
  • have previous HR experience within an education environment
  • be educated to degree level and ideally hold a HR qualification

This inner London school is located in Lambeth within walking distance to the Underground, Overground and National Rail network.
