The expert teaching meets and goes beyond the national curriculum, offering a broad range of subjects which encourage independent learning and a wealth of exciting opportunities for girls to experience outside school.

Staff expect the highest standards of work from the students as well as outstanding behaviour, commitment, and participation.

A recent Ofsted praised the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team for the high aspirations of the school.

The results of the pupils demonstrate that the school is consistently improving, with students achieving higher grades each year at GCSE. The results at GCSE and A Level have consistently placed the school in the top 20% and top 10% of schools nationally.

At this school all students feel highly valued and safe. They display courteous and respectful behaviour towards each other and towards adults. This results in keen attitudes to learning.

This is a successful school- staff provide amazing opportunities for all students in an environment that challenges and supports them to become confident, high achieving, young women.

Working in partnership with parents and the community, the governing body and staff are determined to continue to provide the highest quality education for all students. They are determined to ensure all students succeed in their studies and are empowered to be positive and successful contributors to the world beyond school.

This role will be instrumental in providing support and guidance for the Year 12 students, especially the more able.
