USA Today released a new image for ‘Top Gun: Maverick‘, which brings Maverick (Tom Cruise) and the new group of young recruits from the Navy fighter school.
Christopher McQuarrie is a great contributor to Tom Cruise, working with the star as a producer, director and screenwriter of successful films.
The partnership between the duo guaranteed major action titles, such as ‘Operation Valkyrie’, ‘On the Edge of Tomorrow’, ‘Jack Reacher’ e ‘Mission Impossible: Fallout Effect’.
Even so, the filmmaker said on his Twitter profile that the best film he’s ever made in his career was the upcoming ‘Top Gun: Maverick‘, this time taking on the role of screenwriter.
He revealed the information when one asked:
“Have you seen the final cut of ‘Top Gun: Maverick’? If so, how did you feel?”

“I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve watched the finished version. It’s the best movie I’ve ever been a part of. I can’t wait to see the audience’s reaction.”
There is no doubt that the declaration only increases the expectation for the sequel.
