The Predator: The Hunt won the hearts of critics

According to the specialized press, The Predator: The Hunt is an excellent film. On Rotten Tomatoes, the film secured an impressive 94% approval rating.

According to several critics, The Hunt is the best film in the Predator franchise since the original film, released in 1987.

From the critics’ perspective, The Hunt’s greatest asset is its simplicity, compared to the original film.

“The most important aspect of The Predator: The Hunt is the skillful way in which the action scenes are constructed,” analyzed the review from Bloody Disgusting.

Empire Magazine agrees: The Hunt is an essential film for horror fans and fans of the Predator franchise.

“Without a doubt, it’s the best Predator movie since the original. The Hunt proves, despite all expectations, that there is still life in this franchise,” commented journalist James Dyer.

In addition, the specialized press praised the performance of Amber Midthunder, the interpreter of the protagonist Naru.

You probably know the actress from her performance as Kerry in Marvel’s Legion series. Midthunder is also in the Roswell, New Mexico mystery.

“Anchored by Midthunder’s powerful performance, the film is creative and innovative, representing a conscious abandonment of the stories and clichés so often used in the franchise,” said The Jewish Chronicle’s review.

For the website IGN, Amber Midthunder is “the greatest strength” of The Predator: The Hunt. Many critics also praised the film’s emotional tone.

“Naru’s journey gives The Hunt a semblance of emotional coherence not found in other Predator films,” describes Variety’s website.
