The Boys: a date and a first teaser for season 3

The superheroes of “The Boys” will be back in 2022. Amazon Prime Video has unveiled a first teaser along with the release date of season 3. It will debut on the streaming service on June 3.

The worst superheroes are on Amazon

In the superheroic genre, The Boys is clearly a separate series. Created by Eric Kripke and taken from the comics by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, it features a group of superheroes called the Seven. If the general public thinks they are heroes, they are actually real psychopaths as narcissistic as they are violent. Led by Billy Butcher, les Boys will try to reveal their true nature.

From its first season The Boys has been a big success for Amazon Prime Video. With his irreverent tone and cynical portrayal of celebrities and the entertainment world. The show was therefore renewed for a season 2 broadcast in 2020. We would have liked to have new episodes in 2021, but ultimately season 3 will not arrive until 2022.

A date for The Boys season 3

Amazon has finally unveiled a first teaser of The Boys season 3. In the video (in one article) Stella (Erin Moriarty) can be seen alongside Homelander (Antony Starr) posing for a photoshoot. Homelander appears rather happy and proud of himself, while Vought producer Ashley (Colby Minifie) seems much less thrilled to see him. Only, the last shot lets see the face of the “hero” change and his dark side take over.

It is therefore a fairly short first video that is offered to us. But this one is accompanied bya release date. Fans of The Boys will be able to follow season 3 from June 3 on Amazon Prime Video. The first three episodes will go live on the same day. Then, the following episodes will be available every Friday. It only remains to wait wisely for six months. You can always (re) discover the first two seasons on the streaming platform.
