The documentary miniseries ‘The Beatles: Get Back’, directed by Peter Jackson, is now available on Disney+. The production had its debut last Thursday (25) in the schedule. The production is being launched over three days, November 25th, 26th and 27th.
Created entirely from never-before-seen restored footage, the series provides the most intimate video perspective ever recorded on the creative process and the relationship between John, Paul, George and Ringo.
The documentary was acquired by Disney and follows the meteoric successful journey of the British group, which managed to immortalize itself as one of the most influential contemporary bands.
Bringing a very rich material, ‘The Beatles: Get Back‘ will feature old footage that went through a long process of restoration.

In an official statement, the executive president of Disney, Bob Iger, talked about the acquisition of production:
“No band has managed to have the same kind of impact in the world that the Beatles have and ‘The Beatles: Get Back‘ is a front row seat to take a closer look at all the inner and inner work of these creative geniuses during an influential moment in music history. The production still features spectacular restored footage, which appears to have been shot yesterday. I’m a huge fan so I couldn’t be happier that the Disney be able to share the beautiful documentary of Peter Jackson with our worldwide audiences in September of this year.”
