‘Suzume no Tojimari’, new film from the director of ‘Your Name’, opens with great success in Japan

the new movie Makoto Shinkai🇧🇷Suzume no Tojimari’ grossed well in Japan with an estimated $10 million in its opening weekend.

These numbers, for example, easily surpass ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever‘, from Marvel, which took $2.47 million. I mean, it made more than triple the amount.

Already ‘One Piece: Red’, which has been out for some time, took third place with $1.1 million. The box office highlights the dominance of anime in Japan’s cinema.
