The Honda with Belgian license plate was stopped at a check at the Lithuanian border. While reviewing the documents, the border guards of the Vilnius district discovered that the car had been signaled by the Belgian authorities.

The 31-year-old Belarusian driver was questioned, but is said to have been released in the meantime. A preliminary investigation has been launched into the possible acquisition or sale of property obtained through criminal means. The possible perpetrator faces a fine or a prison sentence of up to four years.
