Star Wars Star Breaks Silence About His Obi-Wan Kenobi Return

In the final episode of the first season of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Liam Neeson returned for a cameo as Qui-Gon Jinn.

The actor played the character in 1999’s Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Although not one of the main characters in the saga, Qui-Gon Jinn quickly became a fan favorite.

“I certainly didn’t want anyone else playing Qui-Gon Jinn, and I wanted to show my respect for George Lucas and this amazing universe he created.”

“Also, Ewan McGregor is a great friend of mine and I loved working with him on The Phantom Menace,” Liam Neeson said in an interview with Hollywood Reporter.

Liam Neeson is a well-known actor in Hollywood, who has participated in major productions such as Schindler’s List, Batman Begins and The Relentless Quest.

In recent years, the star has devoted himself to action productions, some of which did not have a big budget.
