“Fergie” is Andrew’s last ally

It is becoming increasingly lonely around Prince Andrew. Most recently, the Queen withdrew patronage and titles from her son, who was suspected of abuse. Only Sarah Ferguson is apparently still standing by her ex-husband despite all suspicions.
Prince Andrew seems to have found an ally in his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, who will remain by his side. And this despite the fact that the 61-year-old is threatened with an abuse process in the USA.
Queen Elizabeth II has just stripped her second son of all royal patronage and military titles. Prince Charles and Prince William in particular allegedly want to get rid of Andrew, British media speculate. “Fergie”, on the other hand, was now photographed with her ex-husband.
Photos, which published, among other things, “The Mirror”., show the ex-couple driving together from Andrew’s Windsor estate. The royal and Sarah Ferguson have remained close friends despite divorcing in 1996. Even the impending trial in the USA apparently has no influence on this. Virginia Giuffre, 38, has filed a civil lawsuit against Prince Andrew for molesting her when she was 17. Andrew denies all allegations.
“The Best Man in the World”
Fergie, who will continue to use her title Duchess of York, recently gushed about her ex on Italian TV: “I stand by Andrew 100 percent,” she said on the talk show “Porta a Porta.” The happiest day of her life was her wedding anniversary in 1986, “when I married the best man in the world,” said the 62-year-old.
The Duchess has previously described herself and Andrew as “the happiest divorced couple in the world”. When Ferguson is in the UK, the two live under the same roof at Royal Lodge, the Andrews estate. The building is said to have 30 rooms.
With their two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, Andrew and Fergie have been spotted on vacation together since their divorce. No wonder, then, that there is constant speculation that the ex-couple could have found each other again.
“A great grandfather”
However, when asked directly about the rumors on TV show Loose Women in August, the Duchess of York said: “Andrew and I stand firm, we were co-parents in the past and now we are co-grandparents. ” He was such a great grandfather, she explained of Andrew. Beatrice has a daughter, Sienna, with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who was born in September 2021. Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have been parents to son August since February 2021.
Will Fergie and Andrew survive the Epstein scandal together? Prince Andrew’s friendships with convicted and now dead sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his confidant Ghislaine Maxwell, who has just been convicted of child sex trafficking in the US, have already ruined his reputation. In 2019 he resigned from his royal duties. Virgina Giuffre’s abuse lawsuit in the United States is now likely to result in a lawsuit.
