According to persistent rumors, they are in “No Way Home” and even if they were not on view, the trailer should have confirmed their presence due to a mishap. Because in one scene in the Brazilian version of the trailer, Lizard is apparently not hit by anything. The fans suspect that another Spider-Man has been edited out alongside Tom Holland’s, but Lizard’s reaction to the blow of this Spider-Man has not been adjusted. You can watch the second trailer here in German: without the hit, but still with Lizard’s jump into nowhere:

These are just a few of the many examples that prove that the Marvel community is clearly having fun with the hustle and bustle of Spider-Man: No Way Home. In the meantime, pretty much everyone expects to see Garfield and Maguire in the finished film, but the fact that this supposed surprise was undone by the rumors, some leaks and now the trailer doesn’t seem to dampen the anticipation for the film. On the contrary: it feels like this experience welds the fan camp even more together, because they share a kind of inside joke with each other in a creative way.

Sony could even help all of this, after all, the trailer with the Lizard blunder generates a lot more attention and many viewers will certainly want to know whether the old Spider-Man actors really return in the film. The secret will be official in this country from December 15, 2021 revealed, because then “Spider-Man: No Way Home” starts in German cinemas.
