in the comics of ‘Spider man‘, Ned Leeds ends up becoming one of the Hobgoblin versions under the influence of a scientist hired by the Kingpin.
And many fans still hope to see Jacob Bataloninterpreter of the character, transforming himself into the villain in the future of the MCU.
And the actor himself has been fueling theories on social media by sharing images from comics and clothing related to the Duende.
This time, a fan posted on Instagram Stories an image of the actor holding a doll of the character, teasing the public about the possibility.
As Ned no longer remembers that he is Peter Parker’s friend or that he is Spider-Man, do you think he could end up becoming a villain in the hero’s next films?
A few months ago, the producer of Sony, Amy Pascal talked to the The New York Times and said that the next Spider-Man movie shouldn’t be focused on the “spectacle” and the addition of great characters, as it happens in ‘No Return Home‘.
Instead, the upcoming feature will be based on quality and emotion.
“Not every Spider-Man movie will have a multitude of characters. That approach suited this film, but we can’t expect it in all others. You can’t think of surpassing yourself in terms of spectacle. Otherwise, movies get bigger and bigger for no reason and that doesn’t yield good results. What we want is to overcome issues of quality and emotion.”
She also said the studio’s main goal is to explore Peter Parker’s late teens and how he’s going to deal with the aftermath of it. ‘No Return Home‘.
“Which Kevin [Feige] and I don’t want to lose sight of is that Peter Parker is a normal kid. Now he is an orphan. How will he deal with this in his late teens? Everything in his life is up and what happens here and now matters more than anything. He is being moved by kindness and guilt, striving for a greater cause and is vilified by the press. It’s a lot to deal with at once and there’s a lot of potential in that.”
Remembering that pascal already revealed that the Sony and the Marvel are developing a new hero trilogy with the return of Tone Holland in the lead role.
While promoting the new film Head of the Web, the actor participated in a talk show French and avoided revealing details about the character’s future.
Even so, he said he’s excited to see what awaits him in the hero’s future.
“All I can say is that we have very, very exciting things to talk about. I still don’t know what these things are or what they can mean. But it looks like we have an incredibly bright future, and as I said, Spider-Man will live on in me forever.”
