the illustrator Phil Saunders released some conceptual arts ‘Spider-Man: No Homecoming‘, highlighting the Green Goblin’s final costume (Willem Dafoe).
The images bring glimpses of the new gadgets attached to the suit that the villain wears at the beginning of the film, as well as the details on the parts damaged after his fight with Peter Parker (Tom Holland).
The artist explained that:
“The purpose of the new design was to pay homage to the movie costume of Sam Raimi and update it enough for the MCU without losing its identity. At the same time, we wanted to bring in references to the look of the comics. That’s why I made a point of highlighting her purple hood and assigning some new pieces with that coloring. My argument was that May would give her clothes to cover herself with, including a purple sweatshirt, which would be ripped in her fight against Peter.
Remembering that the sequence is already available in the catalog of HBO Max.
