A new rumor suggests that Harrison Ford will return as Han Solo in Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett, a Disney+ series.

According to the Sun, Harrison Ford participated in the production of Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett for several days between filming Indiana Jones 5 in London. It is believed that the actor will have digital rejuvenation in his participation as Han Solo.

Ford has been with the franchise since Star Wars: A New Hope in 1977, playing the charismatic Han Solo.

Over the course of the film, he undergoes a change of viewpoint and joins the Rebel Alliance, but his new alliances put him in a difficult situation, which he got rid of in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

In this film, Han meets the bounty hunter Boba Fett and inadvertently throws him to his death, although the character survived, as shown in the first episode of Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett.

In the former Star Wars Expanded Universe (which is no longer considered part of official canon), Boba Fett and Han Solo had several encounters after the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
