‘I’m still in shock, the grief is overwhelming. But I know I’m strong, and I know I’ll probably make it. ‘
This is how British singer Jessie J writes in her latest post on Instagram.
Here she tells that her pregnancy has resulted in a miscarriage, as at the third scan there was no heartbeat.
Still, she wants to go on stage and perform at a concert in Los Angeles.
‘I’ve done two concerts in two years and my soul needs it. Even more so today. ‘
The 33-year-old singer writes that she knows that someone will say she just has to cancel, but right now she wants to stick to the one thing she has clarity about – namely to sing.
‘I started singing when I was young for joy and to fill my soul with self-love therapy, and that has never changed. I’ll have to deal with this my way. ‘
She explains that she chose to get pregnant on her own, as motherhood is everything she has ever wanted, and because life, as you know, is short. She calls pregnancy a miracle and an experience she will never forget – and which she will have again.[display-posts orderby="rand"]
In the sad situation she finds herself in, there is still surplus to send a warm thought out to the millions of women who have experienced the same situation and pain that the world star is now experiencing.
‘I feel attached to both those of you I know and those of you I do not know.’
‘It’s the loneliest feeling in the world,’ writes Jessie J, who has the middle name Jessica Ellen Cornish.
