Sara & Monopoly canceled due to corona: Should have been a very special episode

It should have been a very special radio program.

But unfortunately, with only one day’s notice, Sara Bro has to cancel Saturday’s edition of ‘Sara & Monopolet’, after she has been in close contact with a corona infected.

‘And following a recommendation from infection detection and, I have to have a pcr test on Sunday to be sure that I do not have covid-19. Until I get an answer, I unfortunately MUST be isolated, ‘she writes in a post on the P4 program’s Facebook page.

Otherwise, it was not a completely ordinary episode she should have hosted on Saturday morning.

It is a year (minus a day) since she was able to sit behind the microphone for the first time, after she had taken over the furiously popular format after Mads Steffensen, who had resigned to take the format to the podcast service Podimo during the name ‘Mads & A Team’.

Instead, Sara Bro must use Facebook to thank the listeners for a good first year.

‘Thank you so much for all your dilemmas that you have sent to us this first year! I look forward to reading all of your new dilemmas coming in here in the new year, ‘she writes.

And thank you so much for all your sweet messages throughout the year. It means a lot to hear your thoughts and input. Hope you cross your fingers for my pcr test on sunday. ‘

According to a radio overview on, ‘Ballademager’ will instead be broadcast with Niels Fez Pedersen, who will play soft ballads from 9-12.
