South Korean company Samsung launched the world’s first smartphone with 108 megapixel camera. After this many companies have followed this trend and now it can be seen in many smartphones.
Recently, the company introduced the world’s first 200 megapixel sensor, named ISOCELL HP1. Along with this, the company had unveiled a 50-megapixel sensor, which works on Dual Pixel Pro technology. It could focus in multiple directions or say one or more than two objects.

During the presentation, Haichang Li, Senior Vice President of Automotive Sensors at Samsung Electronics, revealed that the company intends to launch a 576 megapixel camera sensor. The company wants to bring it in 2025.
It can be used in drones and medical equipment. It doesn’t look like its use-case as a smartphone camera will be a priority for the company. For this, a big camera bump will be seen on the back panel of the smartphone.
Samsung had confirmed that the company is working on a 600 megapixel camera sensor. Then Yongin Park, executive vice president of Samsung’s sensor business, spoke about the company’s ambitious plans to have a camera sensor above 500 megapixels. In addition, Samsung is expanding its range of camera sensor uses.
