Anyone who studied in Louvain-la-Neuve has certainly already met Édouard De Briey, better known as “Doudou”. The students knew them very well. If you have already had the opportunity to exchange with him, be sure that he will not have forgotten you. “Doudou” was thus able to remember your first name, a few weeks after meeting you. And sometimes he made real friendships with students. In circles and regionals, he was known to all.
Édouard De Briey was born in Etterbeek on August 11, 1955 and died on July 31 in Watermael-Boitsfort, surrounded by his relatives.
The Eucharistic celebration will be celebrated in the Saint-Clément church in Watermael-Boitsfort this Friday August 5 at 11 a.m. Burial in the family vault will take place in the cemetery of Marbaix-la-Tour this Saturday August 6 at 11 a.m.
