Mick Jagger contracted Covid but his condition does not appear to be of concern, if true, as announced on social media of the Rolling Stones, that the concert of the English band on Tuesday 21 June at San Siro is confirmed. Therefore, the Italian fans of the Stones who have bought the ticket for the only Italian leg of the Sixty Tourfourteen concerts around Europe to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the rock band.
Two concerts, however, have already skipped due to Mick Jagger’s Coronavirus positivity: the 79-year-old frontman manifested the symptoms of Covid on Monday afternoon at the Amsterdam Arena a few hours before the start of the performance. A big disappointment for the thousands of spectators who had to go home once they heard the announcement. Tickets remain valid and the concert will be “rescheduled” like the one in Bern scheduled for Friday 17 at a date to be decided. The next performance in chronological order is that of Tuesday 21 at San Siro. Mick Jagger will have time to return negative and recover form to support a concert in front of a sold out stadium. The band is confident. “The concert will be there as scheduled”, reads the note published on Facebook and Twitter.
