He continues.” When Mark and I talked about it… it was bittersweet. That said, we’re very proud of the run we’ve had, and the call came while we were working on the final episode of Season 6. We were debating what the final beats of this episode would be, and torn between a big swing and a quieter ending. And that definitely encouraged us to go into the big swing of Season 7. It’s really exciting.”

The seventh and final season of Riverdale is scheduled for 2023, still no date set.

Riverdale will have 7 seasons in all.
