About the role:
Delivery Office Support Associate will work closely with our operational teams. Successful candidate will be involved in supporting the day to day operation of the Delivery Office which drives consistency & standardisation in our approach to running our contracts with Operational Excellence at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Work closely with the Delivery Office team and Service Areas to support Optimise Framework

Help to maintain the Optimise Framework, along with any feedback from audits

Assist in health checks for the Optimise Framework

Supports our adherence to our ISO standards for Optimise by ensuring all Deliveries are tracking to their agreed checklists throughout the contract lifecycle from initiation to the end of the contract

Assists in organising meetings / events / forums

Collates any reporting needed for the team

Helps to maintain and facilitate Ignite training

Perform+ system management and reporting

Maintenance of Delivery Office Document library

Owns and facilitates the weekly meeting driven by actions and tasks raised in DevOps

Management of requests received via Google forms for Delivery requests/Perform requests

Support the day to day operation of the Delivery Office
Skills and Attributes we look for:

Familiarity with operational excellence and business improvements

Ability to develop a technical understanding and application of specific methodologies/ approaches, with some supervision

Successful candidate will be highly motivated and comfortable interacting with senior colleagues

Ability to keep managers up to date on work progress without being prompted and knowing when to escalate

Location?
This role will be based in Belfast; however, as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond (expenses package included).
Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed throughout the recruitment process. However, if you are unable to consider working in locations outside Belfast you will still be considered.
