PSG: Skriniar or Kimpembe, Chelsea wants to make Paris cry

While Jules Koundé rushes towards FC Barcelona at the expense of Chelsea, the London club is considering an alternative solution in central defense. Three names are targeted: Josko Gvardiol, Presnel Kimpembe and…Milan Skriniar.

The happiness of some is the misfortune of others and, in the transfer window, this is true almost all the time. In full rebirth from the point of view of recruitment, FC Barcelona is close to achieving a famous deal to solidify its central defense. The Blaugranas are now the big favorites to secure the services of Jules Koundé. The French international of FC Sevilla will take the direction of Catalonia when he was also coveted in England and in particular by Chelsea. The Blues need to bounce back and find another defensive solution. And, ironically, it may well be PSG that could suffer.

In addition to Kimpembe, Chelsea want to steal Skriniar from PSG

Indeed, as revealed by the English newspaper The Evening Standard this Monday, the London club has already targeted three elements to forget Jules Koundé. This is the Croatian international of RB Leipzig Josko Gvardiol, just 20 years old. The second is Presnel Kimpembe, the Parisian being targeted for weeks by Thomas Tuchel. Finally, a third name has just come out and again he does not make PSG smile since it is Milan Skriniar.

The Slovak from Inter Milan has been coveted since the start of the summer by the Parisian club, but the transfer is slow due to the Lombard club’s financial demands. The Nerazzuri want €70m for a player whose contract expires next June. A disproportionate proposal for the Parisians, who went up to 60 million euros. Skriniar is still an Inter player today, having even played the last preparation match on Saturday at Lens. And, it is therefore Chelsea who could stir up trouble in the file and put pressure on PSG. Enough to delight Inter Milan with a still inflated price for Skriniar.
