PSG donates 10 million for Skriniar, Inter will crack

PSG is determined to complete its first arrival at the start of the transfer window. The Paris club, who want a centre-back, have targeted Inter Milan’s Milan Skriniar. To bend the Nerazzuri, the Parisians take care of their offer.

The 2021-2022 season for PSG has not been a long calm river. Despite a quickly acquired title, the Parisians were not always very convincing in the game. Above all, they lacked defensive serenity, a rarity since the arrival of QSI in 2011. The departure of Thiago Silva, present from 2012 to 2020, is undoubtedly no stranger. The Parisian club needs to find a boss for its hinge, capable of being solid and safe. He found the perfect profile on the side of Italy with the Slovak Milan Skriniar.

60 million euros, PSG expands its offer for Skriniar

This is not new since PSG had already expressed an interest in the central defender of Inter Milan during previous transfer windows, notably in the summer of 2021. Skriniar is among the best players in this position in Serie A, having contributed to the last two years of Inter punctuated by a league title, a national cup and a round of 16 in the Champions League. This summer, with the support of Luis Campos, its new sporting director, PSG wants to offer the Slovak player. As often, Parisians trust their financial power.

After an initial offer of 50 million euros, PSG have just increased the bet according to the Italian newspaper Le Corriere della Sera. Ten million more placed on the table of Inter for a proposal at 60 million euros. The Nerazzuri expect at least 80 million euros for their Slovak central defender. However, the new Parisian offer has motivated the Lombard club to meet the Parisian club this Monday according to Gazzetta dello Sport. The next few hours could therefore prove decisive for an arrival of Skriniar in the capital.
