Princess Eugenie is pregnant. Was she the first to tell her cousin Prince Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan about her sweet secret?
Finally great joy again for the royals: Princess Eugenie, 32, and husband Jack Brooksbank, 36, are expecting their second baby. The Brit made her second pregnancy public with a cute Instagram snapshot of her soon-to-be two-year-old son August Brooksbank kissing his mother’s stomach.
Princess Eugenie: Did she tell Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan her sweet secret?
But which family members were inaugurated first? It can be assumed that the happy baby news should have reached Prince Harry, 38, and Duchess Meghan, 41, early on across the pond to California. After all, it is known that Harry and his cousin are very close and that the former “Suits” actress also has a wonderful relationship with her. As seen in the Netflix documentary “Harry & Meghan,” Princess Eugenie was the only member of the royal family to visit the two in America since the two emigrants settled in California. And if you ask Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of “Majesty Magazine”, Harry and Meghan belong to the select circle who knew about Eugenie’s pregnancy very early on. “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were arguably among the first to hear of Eugenie’s pregnancy.” She continued, “Meghan and Harry are close to Eugenie — not only did she live with them in California, she was vacationing with them prior to Harry’s wedding.”
When will Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan see Princess Eugenie next?
“When the Sussexes come to the coronation in May it will be a further incentive to see Eugenie because it is doubtful that she would want to travel herself from then on,” said journalist Ingrid Seward. After all, most airlines no longer take pregnant women from the 35th week and some require presentation of the maternity card and a doctor’s certificate beforehand.
