Nordi Mukiele is no longer a Leipzig player. The French player announced it a few minutes ago on his Instagram account. In Germany since 2018, the right side will have played 144 matches in all competitions, notably reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League in 2020.

On his Instagram account, Mukiele did not hide his emotion and thanked his former club as well as his ex-teammates through a long message:

“I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me. You made me feel at home from the first day I arrived and it is with a heavy heart that I leave today. I would like to thank everyone involved at the club who help us achieve our goals on a daily basis. The history we have built is also yours. To my brothers in the field, let’s keep this legacy alive. To the coaches and staff I had during these 4 seasons: THANK YOU. With you, I discovered the highest levels of football. Today I am a better player but also a better human being and I was able to achieve some of my personal dreams also thanks to you”.

Nordi Mukiele will now commit to PSG for the next 5 seasons. He will come to compete with Achraf Hakimi but also Sergio Ramos.
