Now the entire Lego family has been removed from the list of the world’s richest

Earlier this week, his children fell off the list.

But now Lego’s former boss, Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, has also lost the recognition Bloomberg Billionaires Index over the world’s 500 richest individuals, writes Finance.

For the recognized list, ‘only’ his ownership stake in LEGO amounts to a value of almost 20.3 billion Danish kroner, while one must have a fortune of at least 36 billion kroner to be among the world’s 500 richest individuals.

Unfortunately, the fortune has plunged since earlier this week, when Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen continued to hold 476th place on the recognized rich man’s list.

Here it was instead his three heirs, Sofie Kirk Kristiansen, Agnete Kirk Thinggard and Thomas Kirk Kristiansen, who had to wave goodbye to the top 500.

Since April last year, Lego’s fortune has fallen by more than DKK 21 billion.

However, there are still two Danes on the prestigious Bloomberg list.

It is Bestseller owner Anders Holch Povlsen and his family, who have gone from 439th place to 452nd place, and as high as 358th place – which earlier this week was 343rd place – you can find Coloplast owner Niels Louis-Hansen.

He is thus the richest Dane with a fortune that, despite a write-down of one and a half billion kroner over the week, is still good for 46.2 billion.
