Ward members including Sarpanch, Up-Sarpanch will also be punished for not cooperating in vaccination. This decision was taken in the meeting of District Crisis Management on Monday evening. Collector Ratnakar Jha said that people coming to the shop to get ration will have to show the message of vaccination to all the members of their family and a letter from the health department for vaccination. Action will be taken against salesmen for giving ration to people without vaccination.
Police will check vehicles
Collector Mr. Jha has given instructions to ban people who have not vaccinated to travel by bus. He has asked to vaccinate all the people traveling in the district, including the drivers of passenger and goods vehicles. It was decided in the meeting that the traffic staff including the police would stop other vehicles including buses and take information about vaccination from the people aboard. Those who have not been vaccinated, have been instructed to remove them from the vehicle.

The Collector has instructed that all the shops which are operating in the district and other towns and rural areas, including the district headquarters, will have to show the message of vaccination along with the family. Its investigation will also be done comprehensively. The collector has given instructions to seal the shop after negligence came to the fore. Significantly, till now more than 82 percent people in the district have received the first dose of the vaccine, but people are negligent in getting the second dose. A list of people who have migrated from the district is being prepared by the administration. It was told that the campaign will run on September 17, in which a target of 25 thousand vaccinations has been set.
Collector said people’s cooperation is necessary
The Collector said that the cooperation of all public representatives, social workers, religious leaders, social organizations is necessary for 100% vaccination in the district. Everyone should follow the Kovid-19 protocol. During the meeting, Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar, Additional Collector Arun Kumar Vishwakarma, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Anju Vishwakarma, BJP District President Narendra Rajput, Municipal Council Dindori Vice President Mahesh Parashar, SDM Dindori Mahesh Mandloi, Avadhraj Bilaiya, Jaisingh Maravi, Prabhat Jain, Laxman Thakur, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Ramesh Maravi, CMO Municipal Council Dindori Rakesh Shukla, Tehsildar Dindori Bisan Singh Thakur, Assistant Director District Women Empowerment Department Shyam Singor and other departmental officers were present.
