Lisa Marie Presley is dead. The only child of the “King of Rock’n Roll” died at the age of 54.
Priscilla Presley, 77, had extended prayers for her family and especially her daughter Lisa Marie Presley, † 54. A short time later she confirmed the sad news: “It is with a heavy heart that I announce the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has passed away. She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.” The singer passed away on Thursday evening (local time).

Shortly before, her mother had announced via Twitter that Lisa Marie had been taken to a hospital and was being treated as best as possible. “My beloved daughter, Lisa Marie, was taken to the hospital,” explains Priscilla Presley. “She is now receiving the best of care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers.”
What happened?
The US celebrity portal “TMZ” previously reported that Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis Presley’s only daughter, † 42, may have suffered cardiac arrest. According to anonymous sources close to her, paramedics had to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation at Presley’s home in Calabasas, California. She was then taken to a hospital.

An anonymous police source from the LA County Sheriff’s Department later confirmed to the industry magazine Deadline that a call had been received about cardiac arrest. Paramedics from the fire department would have stabilized Presley and transported to a hospital. However, a spokesman for Presley initially did not want to comment on a corresponding request.
On January 10, 2023, Lisa Marie Presley attended the Golden Globe Awards with her mother, Priscilla. At the awards ceremony, Austin Butler, 31, won Best Actor in a Drama for his role as the “King of Rock ‘n’ Roll” in Baz Luhrmann’s, 60, biopic “Elvis.”
