The English rock group Blur is performing together again.
They do that when they play at Wembley Arena in London this summer.
That’s how it sounds in a press release from the band.
“It’s always very special when all four of us are in a room together. It’s nice to think that on 8 July that space will be Wembley Stadium,’ says Alex James in a press release.
The band, which consists of lead singer Damon Albarn, guitarist Graham Coxon, bassist Alex James, and drummer Dave Rowntree, fell apart, got back together and gave, among other things, a concert at Smukfest in 2012.
Since the split, Damon Albarn has spent most of his time on another world-famous band, Gorillaz, and his solo career, but on Monday Blur announced the first full-length concert since 2015.
The concert takes place at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday 8 July 2023.
