Kylie Jenner’s name for her son is laughed at online: Does she know what it means?

Kylie Jenner’s son’s name, which was recently announced after months of waiting, has been getting a lot of attention on social media.

The name AIRE which the son has been assigned is according to TMZ Hebrew and means ‘Lion of God’ – but now several people on social media have pointed out that the name has a somewhat different meaning in Arabic, writes PageSix.

“His name doesn’t translate well,” one TikToker wrote, while one Twitter user noted that AIRE is slang for ‘my penis.’

According to Urban Dictionary however, it is with a different spelling of the name, namely Ayre.

With this photo, Kylie Jenner revealed both her son’s face and new name. Travis Scott has yet to publicly comment on it.

Kylie Jenner gave birth to her son on February 2, 2022, and soon after revealed that she and boyfriend Travis Scott had named him Wolf.

Just a month later, however, the reality star revealed that the parents ‘didn’t quite feel it was him’, which is why they had chosen to find a new name for the little one.

Now it’s just a matter of waiting and seeing if Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott stick with AIRE when they find out there are more meanings to the name.

The couple also have four-year-old daughter Stormi together.
