The only son of the famous partisan, a legendary member of the Politburo and famous as a hunter №1 in the years of the Pencho Kubadinski – Plamen, died recently in Sofia, Weekend has learned.Plamen Kubadinski died on September 28 at the age of 65. According to people close to the red family, Plamen was remembered after complications caused by Kovid-19. He was buried in an extremely narrow circle in the family tomb, next to his father Pencho Kubadinski. His death was a real shock to the whole family. It is not clear whether the heir to the red majesty has been vaccinated.Plamen Kubadinski was born on February 22, 1956 in Ruse. He has lived in Sofia since he was 3 years old, after his father Pencho Kubadinski became one of the most influential people in governing the country. Plamen graduated from the eighth Sofia High School, then architecture at VIAS. During the years of the company he worked in “Glavproekt” until its closure. After November 10, 1989, he made the first private design company in our country, which was registered at the end of December 1989 – literally two months after the change. In one of his few interviews, he admits that he earns well and does not complain about lack of money. The real boom of his architectural studio was in the period 1990-2003, when he made hundreds of projects across the country. The last big project of Pencho Kubadinski’s son was completed a few years ago. The architect was an investor and builder of a large complex in Sveti Vlas, which was sold “green” to wealthy Bulgarians and Russians.Plamen Kubadinski also had interests in the restaurant business. For years, he ran some of Sofia’s most elite restaurants, including the Cypress trees in the capital’s Lozenets district, where in 2008 unknown individuals still beat journalist Ognyan Stefanov with hammers after his meeting with drug lord Brendo. The son of hunter №1 of socialism was also a partner with the late oligarch Mladen Mutafchiiski in a number of companies engaged in construction, trade and catering. His wife Vanya graduated in German philology and works at the Goethe Institute. Plamen Kubadinski also has a 35-year-old daughter – Maria, named after his grandmother. Although she graduated in law from Sofia University, she is also in business.
