Children’s Registered Manager – Outskirts of Colchester

Your new company

Hays Social Care are recruiting a Children’s Registered Manager to join a reputable company on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role

This role is based on the outskirts of Colchester and is for a small EBD children’s care home. Ages range from 14 upwards. Within this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the home, including recruitment, staff on-boarding, staff management including 1-1’s, disciplinary’s and appraisals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all OFSTED standards are met.

What you’ll need to succeed

You MUST have experience working with children with psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties including challenging behaviour. You ideally would have experience within a children’s home and ofsted environment as a registered manager. However, this client may consider a very experienced and strong children’s deputy managers.
