Hailey Bieber has recently launched a new skin care brand.

But badly enough, the 25-year-old model has kicked off her new business, named after her middle name Rhode, before problems arose.

Hailey Bieber has been sued for copyright infringement by a fashion brand also known as Rhode.

It writes Peoplewho has seen the court documents for the lawsuit.

The nine-year-old fashion company is also an established size with sales to luxury stores – and celebrity women such as Beyoncé and Rihanna.

In the lawsuit, the founders Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers write that they are also considering expanding the company to just skin care – just as Hailey Bieber has expressed a desire to also sell clothes under his brand.

It is also noted that Hailey Bieber’s new skin care brand Rhode has created ‘confusion in the market’, which the fashion company Rhode believes has already cost them on the bottom line.

They document this by saying that several people on Instagram have mistakenly tagged the 25-year-old model’s skin care company, even though they actually refer to the nine-year-old fashion company.

Purna Khatau and Phoebe Vickers therefore want Hailey Bieber to stop using the name Rhode for his business.

Hailey Bieber has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
