This year, for Easter 2023, the Head Chocolatier of the Maison du Chocolat, Nicolas Cloiseau, unveils his sublime “Easter Flowers” collection with his Easter Egg Bouquet and his crunchy bunnies that celebrate the arrival of Spring.
For Easter 2023, Nicolas CloiseauMeilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier and Chef Chocolatier of The House of chocolatereveals his collection to us “Easter flowers“. A superb floral and bubbling collection that smells of spring, the arrival of fine weather and the release of the little bunnies. These creations are undoubtedly among the most beautiful exceptional creations of our talented Parisian chefs!
As a reminder, Easter chocolates from the Chocolate House are unique creations and original, handmade by talented chocolatiers. Combining expert craftsmanship, quality ingredients and designs inspired by nature, these chocolates offer an unforgettable taste experience and are the perfect gift to celebrate spring and Easter.

Egg Bunch (2500€ – 6kg – limited edition)
A giant egg of 6 kg in limited edition, entirely made by hand and requiring 35 hours of work. This unique piece is adorned with 20 flowers, including 7 white peonies, 8 orange poppies and 5 delicately cut daisies. The set is decorated with 10 eggs gilded with 23 carats gold and 750g of milk and dark frying and praline eggs.

Rabbit Eggs (37€ – 125g)
Two adorable milk chocolate bunnies, topped with roasted rice and caramelized hazelnuts, are hidden in a chocolate grove. This creation is perfect for celebrating the arrival of spring and sunny days.

Mad Eggs (75€ – 460g – 17cm high)
Insane eggs molded by hand with successive layers of chocolate and dried fruits, hiding an inch of pure pleasure. Two versions are available: one in milk chocolate with slivers of caramelized pecan nuts, and one in dark chocolate with slivers of roasted hazelnuts.

Peanut Bite Egg (16€ – 50g)
A melting bite of peanut praline with fleur de sel, mixed with 46% milk chocolate from the Dominican Republic. The exterior is decorated with crunchy dark chocolate, contrasting with the melting interior.

This soft-boiled egg is garnished with an almond/hazelnut praline in dark chocolate, with inclusions of chopped hazelnuts. Available individually or in a box of 6 pieces (54€ – 360g).
