A Twitter user released an unusual video that shows the moment when the actor Ezra Miller receives a voice of arrest in Hawaii after his aggressive behavior in the region.
For those who don’t know, the star of ‘fantastic beasts‘ and of the coming ‘The Flash‘ assaulted two people in a bar and suffered a restraining order after breaking into a couple’s apartment and threatening their lives.
In the video of one of these arrests, Miller claims he is the one who was assaulted to serve as ‘NFT art’, a technology described as “a non-fungible token and a special type of cryptographic token that represents something unique”.
Then he seems hallucinated and even raises his voice as he asks the police to tell him their names and show them their credentials. Then he goes back to claiming that he had been assaulted by other people at the bar… People who identified themselves as Nazis.
“I was attacked and started filming. I filmed myself, let me show you. I was assaulted twice in this bar. I film myself when I am assaulted to create NFT crypto art”he says.
At another point, the actor asks:
“Am I being arrested for misconduct? I was the one who was attacked.”
After that, Miller appeals to the 9th and 4th Amendments to the US Constitution, which protect the rights of an individual who pleads not guilty until proven guilty of a crime.
He also asks the cops not to confiscate his Flash ring and later accuses them of touching his private parts, saying it’s a person. “transgender, non-binary and doesn’t want to be touched by a man.”
“Nazi Hawaiians, nfts, batman voice demanding credentials. It has all of that in this video.”

Due to the controversies, the site Screen Geek stated that the Warner would be planning to replace Miller in ‘The Flash‘.
The website claimed the studio was quoting Dylan O’Brienin ‘Maze Runner’to re-record the scenes in place of the Miller.
On the other hand, the main North American news sites denied the rumor.
“I was told that Warner Bros. Pictures is *not* considering replacing Ezra Miller on The Flash. The actor has been arrested twice in Hawaii this year, once for disorderly conduct and harassment, and once for second-degree assault.”says the tweet:
It is also worth noting that THE FLASH finished shooting months ago, and Ezra Miller plays multiple versions of Barry Allen. Replacing them would effectively mean reshooting the entire film.
(I deleted a previous tweet for misgendering Miller, who identifies as nonbinary.)

In addition, after the repercussion of his performance in ‘Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secret‘, his participation in future films in the series is not ruled out, as some rumors said.
Just like any planning to take ‘The Flash‘ to the platform HBO Max to the detriment of the theatrical release. So far, the Warner is not thinking of punishments for the actor for his attitudes, even though he has already held a meeting about it.
Remembering that ‘The Flash’ will show Barry Allen/Flash (Miller) traveling through time to stop his mother’s murder. However, when he returns to the present, his mother is still alive…. but the world is a nightmare. The Justice League never existed and Barry has to do everything to correct all his flaws.
If the schedule goes as planned, ‘The Flash’ hits theaters in June 23, 2023.
