Duchess Meghan denies lying in Oprah interview

Hello reports that the legal team of duchess calls for the lawsuit to be dismissed, according to legal documents filed with the court this week. samantha is convinced that she can refute the testimony of her famous half-sister – but the lawyers of the duchess argue: “[…] there is probably no more personal and subjective feeling than the view of one’s own childhood.” According to the documents, Meghan’s stories are a “prime example of a subjective statement about how a person thinks about their childhood.”

Required on the basis of the statements made in the interview and in a biography samantha damages of around 74,000 euros. However, the team also denies these allegations – the duchess cannot be prosecuted for the statements because she did not write the book.
