‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of Ten Rings‘ became the biggest box office in the US in the pandemic era and took in US$430.5 million worldwide.
That is, the sequence is right.
The director Destin Daniel Cretton revealed that he is excited about the character’s future on the big screen. In a recent interview with Screen Rant, he pondered his desire to expand the arcs of all characters, planning new stories that still include interaction with other heroes already established in the MCU.
“I think at the end of this movie, there are some very clear arrows pointing in the directions that we’d love to take the character – and not just Shang-Chi, but I’m really excited to see all of these characters start interacting with the other MCU members. and go to places we haven’t visited yet. We are all very excited about the doors that have opened because of this movie.”

Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the movie also has Awkwafina, Tony Chiu-Wai Leung, Michelle Yeoh, Florian Munteanu, Fala Chen e Ronny Chieng.
