“Cowboy Bebop” Season 2: all about the new episodes of Netflix’s live action

Apparently in the last chapter of the first season of “Cowboy Bebop”, The story of Spike, Julia, Vicious and the rest of the protagonists of the live action of the Japanese anime series of the same name is not over yet. However, as of yet, Netflix has not confirmed a second installment.

In addition, after the plot twist involving Spike, Julia and Vicious, the fiction, developed by André Nemec and Jeff Pinkner, written by Christopher Yost, and starring John Cho, Mustafa Shakir, Daniella Pineda, Alex Hassell and Elena Satine, has many chances of getting a new batch of episodes.

Although everything will depend on Netflix, which usually takes a few weeks to assess the audience response and although they do not share these figures, they can influence the renewal or cancellation of a series.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN SEASON 2 OF “COWBOY BEBOP”?

At the end of “Cowboy BebopJulia shoots her husband and despite Spike declaring his love for her and admitting that he has been dreaming about her, she also shoots him and the protagonist falls from one of the cathedral windows. Julia plans to control the Syndicate on behalf of Vicious, who survived the shooting and is a prisoner of his wife, who apparently intends to play Russian roulette every day in revenge for all his abuse.

It is also revealed that Spike also survived the gunshot and fall. When he returns to the Bebop he discovers that Faye went to find his biological mother and Jet, who feels betrayed after learning the truth about his partner’s past, warns him that the next time he sees him, he will kill him.

In the last scene, as Spike leaves a bar, a red-haired girl appears who claims to have a job as a bounty hunter. This is Edward Wong Hau Pepelu Tivrusky IV, also known as Radical Ed, a 13-year-old androgynous girl who joins the crew.

The person they must capture is the Butterfly Man, known in the anime as ‘Volaju’ or Vincent Volaju, a war veteran turned terrorist. All of this paves the way for a second season of “Cowboy Bebop”.

WHEN WILL “COWBOY BEBOP” SEASON 2 RELEASE?

The second season of “Cowboy Bebop”Does not yet have a release date in Netflix, but most likely, the new episodes will hit the streaming platform in late 2022 or even 2023.
