‘Scream 6’ script is ‘really good’
Shortly after the planned sixth part of the horror series “Scream” was announced, Courteney Cox chatted out of the box.
Fans of the “Scream” series will receive a refill in a few months. Actress Courteney Cox (57) is already revealing that horror enthusiasts can apparently look forward to the sequel. “I don’t know anything about contracts or the state of things, but I can tell you it’s a really good script,” Cox told Entertainment Tonight. In fact, you should be killed if you talk about it, and that’s why she doesn’t want to give any further details, she jokes.
It’s not the first time Courteney Cox has spoken out about the film project. in the Just For Variety Podcast she said in March that she received the script for the upcoming film. According to her, filming is expected to start in June in Canada. The actress will play Gale Weathers again in the next film. She has been in this role since the first part of the series in 1996.

In February it was announced that a sixth part of “Scream” is being planned. The release date was set shortly thereafter. “Don’t forget to set your alarm. The new ‘Scream’ movie hits theaters on March 31, 2023,” read a post on the strip’s Twitter account. It is not yet clear whether this is also the start date in Germany.
It was also recently announced that Hayden Panettiere (32), who starred in the fourth part, will return. According to industry magazine “Variety”., like its predecessor, directed by Tyler Gillett (40) and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin (44). James Vanderbilt (46) and Guy Busick are again responsible for the screenplay.
