"cool": Chrissy Teigen found the C-section extremely exciting

Chrissy Teigen (37) had no problems with her caesarean section. She and her husband have three children: their two daughters Luna (6) and Esti, and their son Miles (4). Her youngest offspring Esti was finally born with a caesarean section. But before the operation at birth, the model was apparently not afraid at all: Chrissy followed her caesarean section with great interest.

In an interview with People disclosed Chrissythat she actually found her caesarean section really exciting. “I was so excited because I was like, ‘Yeah, I did it vaginally twice. Let’s try it,'” she recalls. She liked the idea that she could have both experiences and that operations were also something exciting: “I took photos above the seat. I have the craziest pictures of the umbilical cord and everything. […] It’s really crazy, but I still think it’s so cool.” She found out more about the process from her gynecologist and listened in fascination to what he told her about the use of umbilical cord tissue.

Chrissy is known for being open about her experiences before and after birth. Shortly after Esti saw the light of day, she showed how she Instagram tried a lower third technique. These should help support your core after birth: “I gave my womb love and healing today.”
