Civitanova Marche, kneeling and with raised fist: the salute to the “Black Lives Matter” at the parade for the Nigerian killed in the street – Video

At the end of the event, the procession promoted by the Nigerian community headed along Corso Umberto I a Civitanova Marche where the Nigerian street vendor Alika Ogorchucku, 39, was attacked and killed on 29 July after begging: his wife Charity and two of the victim’s six brothers laid a bouquet of flowers and some plants with messages for Alika. Meanwhile, the second procession, with the national anti-racist committee, made up of 150-200 people, remained in concentration in the same place: the participants knelt with their fists raised in the manner of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ to remember the 39-year-old killed. On a long sign they wrote “our lives matter, our voices matter”.
