BRITISH RED CROSS: Administrator – Resourcing Team

Location: Hybrid working between your home and our Paisley office
Hours: 35 per week

Salary: £17,703 per annum

We are looking for a truly motivated Administrator to join the National Resourcing team. This position is ideal for someone who has great customer service experience in a fast-paced administrative customer service environment.

What will you be doing…
As an administrator within the Resourcing Team you will be directly involved in the delivery of high-quality administration and customer service support in a high volume and fast paced environment.

You will deliver first class administrative and systems support in relation to staff recruitment. This will include responding to general queries from prospective candidates and hiring managers via our dedicated telephone line or recruitment email inbox, supporting with interview scheduling,

campaign administration, data entry and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

This role might be for you if…

You’re a confident IT user. You have previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, and can grasp new technologies quickly.

You’re proactive, well organised and can juggle a busy workload with conflicting and competing deadlines, managing your time effectively.

You’re a great team player, can deliver excellent customer service at all times, and you’re comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email.

You’ve previously worked in an administrative role and have experience of high-volume processing in a timely and accurate manner. Resourcing administration experience is advantageous although this role is really suited to someone who’s organised and has worked in a busy office environment.

You’ll be part of a supportive friendly team and work alongside 2 other administrators to support our consultants, candidates, and stakeholders.
