“Brilliant and incredibly funny”
Taylor Swift feiert Blake Lively

Taylor Swift will shortly be releasing a new edition of her 2012 album “Red”, from which a single has already been released. The accompanying video was directed by actress Blake Lively, and the US singer has nothing for that but praise.

US singer Taylor Swift has released “I Bet You Think About Me”, the next music video for her re-released album “Red (Taylor’s Version)” – and was happy to have actress Blake Lively working on it. “The redest video ever is out. Directed by Blake Lively who cleared it like I did this cake,” wrote Swift on Twitter.

To do this, she shared an excerpt from the video in which she grabs a huge wedding cake with her bare hands.

Directing debut for actress

The day before, Swift had announced the collaboration with the actress friend on Instagram: “I was finally able to work with the brilliant, courageous and insanely funny Blake Lively – on her directorial debut,” wrote Swift.

In the video, the singer plays the ex-girlfriend of a groom, who appears as a souvenir at his wedding. “I Bet You Think About Me” is one of the previously unreleased songs that Swift added to the new record of their hit album.

Swift released the first version of “Red” in October 2012, her fourth studio album. Many songs were about lovesickness and failed relationships. The new edition, which contains a total of 30 songs, was released on Friday.

In 2019 Swift announced that she wanted to re-record old music as “Taylor’s Version” after a dispute over the music rights to her previous albums.
