Sintenie takes back his words about Ajax’s game
Sintenie said last week that Ajax played boring football and that we had to get used to it for the rest of this season, but that was not the case in Heerenveen. ‘Ajax played fantastic for half an hour in Heerenveen.’ Veenstra knows what this had to do with. ‘Ajax played strongly, but sc Heerenveen wanted to play football and gave away a lot of space,’ he says. Sintenie is wary of Feyenoord’s last half hour. That is a quality of the people of Rotterdam. Feyenoord is very difficult to beat and every week has the fitness to strike in the last half hour. That’s no coincidence.’
