In conversation with the column by Patrícia Kogut, from the newspaper Or Balloon, Andréia told about how she dealt with self-esteem during pregnancy: “I missed my pre-pandemic belly when I got pregnant and, right after I had the boys, I wanted to have the right to say this without being judged. I am for dialogue and debate. . I’m not going to romanticize something that isn’t true. This is my story and I’m sharing it on my profile. And the repercussion was amazing!”

Empowerment is also about being free to choose what matters to you and when it matters. I didn’t look at myself properly in the mirror for a few months because I was completely immersed in that beginning of motherhood. When I saw myself, I couldn’t see the woman. Motherhood brings many changes and it ended up giving me the courage to return to old passions, such as physical activity.

The journalist continued: “It became a ritual to have 45 minutes a day within 24 hours a day just for me. I got my diet right and I feel better than before the pandemic. And being fine with myself, in the medical exams, on the scale, without pain to hold the boys and regaining my self-esteem, was important to me.”

“It’s not just a physical issue, it’s a mental health issue as well, from my point of view,” he concluded. Last week, Sadi left internet users delighted by sharing records in which he shows André Rizek wearing a Santa Claus hat while playing with children.
